October 3 – 5, 2016, at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan international British experts - Neil David McCallum and Timothy Sault, experienced experts and consultants in the field of anti-corruption and anti-fraud, have been conducting a training seminar on the topic “Anti-corruption in public and quasi-public sectors”.
Dr. Neil David McCallum has 30 years of experience as a manager and consultant as well as an external advisor in making functional analysis, developing capacity building, implementing change management and in monitoring and control of improvements in delivering of public service. He is an expert on anti-corruption issues, focuses on the efficiency of public sector development, and finally a managing partner of EUNOIA Company. Dr. McCallum designed and managed different projects for government agencies located in Bangladesh, Botswana, Ethiopia, the Caribbean, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, South Africa, Uganda, Ukraine, Zambia and Zimbabwe as well as for such partners as the department for international development of the UK, British Council, Commonwealth Secretariat, European Union, World Bank, UNDP.
